Whether it’s a single or a multi-stop journey, every itinerary is entirely designed from scratch around who you are. Our planning fee reflects the personalization, depth, length, and complexity of your journey, and covers everything; research, curation, booking, and full coordination across every component of your trip, plus 24/7 in-destination support so nothing is ever left to chance.
We specialise in luxury travel and adventure across Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, Antarctica and Australia, with a minimum trip investment of £10,000 for two adults. Our Process
01. Inquiry
Every remarkable journey begins with a single conversation. Tell us where your mind has been wandering, and we'll get to discuss in detail to understand exactly what you're looking for and how we can support you to bringing your vision to life. From there, you'll receive a tailored planning quote that reflects the full scope of the itinerary.
02. Onboarding
Our favorite part of working with a new client is getting to know you - not just the destination, but how you like to travel, what drives you, what restores you, who else's needs you have to take into consideration when you travel and what you want this journey to feel like. After the planning fee is in place, we will kick off the project with an onboarding questionnaire. Let us take it from here. Everything you share becomes the blueprint for everything we design.
This is where we begin to bring your vision to life - and maybe even make it better than what you could’ve imagined. Drawing on deep destination knowledge, trusted relationships, and an obsessive attention to detail, we craft a proposal built entirely around you. We handle every booking, every taste and preference, so nothing is left to chance and nothing is left ordinary. Once you’re fully satisfied with your itinerary proposal, we’ll get to booking it on your behalf.

04. Pre-Departure
We take the mental load completely off your shoulders. Your Final Itinerary contains Destination Insights to make sure you're not learning any must-know travel details 1 day before departure. From getting a second set of eyes on your passport or visa expiration dates to detailing any required vaccines or entry requirements for your destination, or from health to any practical considerations. You focus on the anticipation, let us handle the rest.
05. In-Travel Support
For Full-Suite Itinerary Planning, we aim to collaborate with a partner in the destination to ensure you'll have access to 24/7 support (in the same time zone, speaking the local language) just in case anything doesn't go quite to plan. And, of course, we'll be checking in on (and living through) you throughout your trip.
06. Post-Travel
Once you're settled back in at home, we would love to understand what moved you, what could be refined, and where your mind is already drifting next. Every journey we design together deepens what we know about you, and the deeper our relationship, the more effortless and precise every trip becomes and the better we get at being your private travel advisor.
Terms + Conditions
All planning fees are charged up front and are non-refundable. This covers the time involved in delivering professional travel planning services, including researching, coordinating, and executing a completely customized travel experience for you.
Deviations from our standard planning scope, including group size, itinerary complexity and revisions, and rescheduled or canceled trips, incur additional planning fees. We aim to be upfront and transparent about our terms + conditions and additional fees that may apply.
